Unfortunately this is the second unit I have bought - both work OK for a while and then the problems start. Very happy with this card and highly recommended - especially if you have an Oculus Rift.

After installing this driver and restarting the computer the Fresco Logic SuperSpeed USB Hub is no long showing an error.

I downloaded the drivers from Fresco Logic's support section on the website which was FLUSB3.0-9.0.exe.

I tried reinstalling the driver and removing the device but it would keep coming back with the error. One thing I did notice was that although the Oculus Rift was working the Fresco Logic SuperSpeed USB Hub driver in device manager was reporting 'A device attached to this system is not functioning'. The Oculus Rift USB test also passed all 3 tests with the headset and 2 touch tracking sensors connected and the Oculus Rift works perfectly with it. Windows 10 detected the card and automatically installed the drivers. It was also nice to see the card has a black back plate which matches the colour scheme of my PC. I've powered my card with a cable directly from the PSU so these will end up in my spares box. When the product arrived it was nice to see that it came with a SATA Power splitter and SATA power extension cable which are worth a few quid and some users will definitely need them. I must admit I was a little dubious at first not being familiar with these names as after-sales support and driver software can be quite ropey but this card has plenty of positive reviews. I hadn't heard of Inateck before or the chipset the card uses, Fresco Logic. I came across this card on Amazon and noticed other users had been successful using it with an Oculus Rift so I thought it was worth a shot. My PC decided also to blue screen in Windows 10 for the first time ever whilst this card was connected so I felt this was either a faulty card or dodgy driver so I returned that card and decided to look around a bit more.

Regardless of using Windows 10's built in drivers or the latest from Dynamode website the Oculus Rift USB tests complained there was poor tracking quality on the sensors connected to those ports. Initially I purchased a Dynamode 4-Port USB 3.0 PCIe Card from a local big computer retailer and the Oculus Rift USB tests really didn't like that at all. During the Oculus installation wizard it tests the USB connection between the headset and the 2 touch tracking sensors and I struggled to get the wizard to pass the tests unless the Oculus Rift was connected directly to the motherboards onboard USB ports and this meant I needed to unplug some other devices in order to get it to work. I purchased this card for to use with an Oculus Rift CV1 as they seem to be very sensitive to what USB ports they are connected to.
